vippkr Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and vippkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the vippkr website, games, betting services, and all related features accessible via vippkr.biz.

By registering an account with vippkr, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional offer on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process.

vippkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

To register and maintain an account on vippkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. vippkr is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must be registering for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and keep your account details updated. Providing false information is a ground for immediate account closure.
• You must not be under self-exclusion from vippkr or any related gaming platform at the time of registration.

Each person may hold only one account on vippkr. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — are prohibited. Where vippkr identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts other than the first-registered may be closed without notice and any associated balances may be forfeited.

vippkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to suspicious account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vippkr account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person, including family members, friends, or anyone you trust.

All activity that takes place on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility regardless of whether you personally authorised that specific action. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact vippkr support immediately.

vippkr recommends the following security practices to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings.
• Never access your account from shared devices or public computers without logging out completely afterwards.
• Do not click links in unsolicited messages claiming to be from vippkr — always navigate directly to vippkr.biz.

vippkr will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to require your password is fraudulent.

vippkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are credited to your vippkr balance in PKR with no hidden conversion charges applied by the platform.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no upper limit on deposits imposed by vippkr, though your individual payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. You are responsible for understanding the limits of your chosen payment method.

All deposits must originate from payment methods that are registered in your own name and linked to a verified identity. vippkr does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, the deposit may be held pending verification and may be returned to the originating account rather than credited for play.

vippkr reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account at any time in response to responsible gaming obligations, fraud prevention measures, or regulatory requirements. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits from the account settings page — see Section 9 for more details.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, subject to payment provider capabilities.

vippkr processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within five minutes for standard amounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via IBFT are processed within the same business day for requests submitted during banking hours. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional identity verification is required.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your account must be fully verified with the required identity documentation where requested.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be satisfied, or the bonus must be forfeited, before withdrawal of the associated funds.
• There must be no active fraud investigation or security review on your account.
• The withdrawal destination must belong to you and be verified as matching your account identity.

vippkr charges no withdrawal fees on the platform side. Fees imposed by your payment provider or bank are outside of vippkr's control and are your responsibility.

vippkr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.

General Bonus Rules:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless a different figure is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonuses not cleared within this period expire automatically and are removed from your balance without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account. Players who register multiple accounts to claim more than one welcome bonus will have all associated accounts closed and funds forfeited.
• Bonuses are for use on the vippkr platform only and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• vippkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.

Promotional offers are targeted at players who use vippkr for genuine entertainment. Any pattern of behaviour that appears designed to exploit promotions rather than engage in normal platform use — including but not limited to low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, use of betting systems designed to extract bonus value, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

All games available on vippkr are supplied by third-party software providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or verified live dealer protocols. The RNG systems used by vippkr's game providers are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and BMM Testlabs. Certification documentation is available on request.

vippkr does not manipulate, influence, or interfere with game outcomes. Results are determined entirely by the RNG at the moment of each game event. Past results have no influence on future outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-run return over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session or over any short period.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, vippkr will resolve the situation in accordance with the relevant game provider's documented malfunction policy. In most cases, a disconnected game round will be resolved based on the outcome of the underlying RNG event that was already in progress. Where resolution is not possible, the stake amount may be returned to the player's balance at vippkr's discretion.

vippkr's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes is final. Players who believe a game result was incorrect must submit a formal complaint within 14 days of the disputed event. Complaints submitted after this period may not be investigated.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on vippkr and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated funds where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others to register accounts in circumvention of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, navigate the platform, or participate in games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error may be voided.
• Collusion with other players, whether for the purpose of sharing game information, coordinating betting outcomes, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
• Money laundering or any use of vippkr for any purpose that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate deposit through a payment provider chargeback after using those funds for gameplay (commonly known as "friendly fraud").
• Using VPN or proxy services to access vippkr from a jurisdiction where the platform's services are not available or where access is prohibited.
• Any conduct that vippkr reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the platform or to other players.

vippkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming stops being fun, or if it begins to affect your financial situation, relationships, or mental wellbeing, it is important to take action.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all vippkr account holders from the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session length after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen reminders at intervals you choose, showing your session duration and net result.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains accessible but betting and deposits are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the vippkr platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period of 6 months.

vippkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a payment chargeback or dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Behaviour that vippkr reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward platform staff or other players.
• Operation of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction that prohibits access.
• Court order or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation or fraud, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and funds subject to an ongoing investigation) will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method on file, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation or fraud, vippkr reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance and to take further action as appropriate.

All content on the vippkr platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of vippkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the vippkr platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the vippkr platform without explicit written permission.
• Use the vippkr brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without permission.
• Scrape, extract, or systematically collect data from the vippkr platform.
• Frame or embed any part of the vippkr platform on any external website or application.

Any unauthorised use of vippkr's intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

vippkr provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible, accurate, and reliable at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and do not accept liability for:

• Any loss of service due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions in respect of gaming activity on the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the vippkr platform.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or game software suppliers that are outside of vippkr's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms limits vippkr's liability for matters where limitation is not permitted by law, including fraud or gross negligence by vippkr itself.

vippkr's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vippkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, vippkr collects the personal data you provide during registration, the transaction data generated through your use of the platform, and certain technical data related to your device and browsing activity. This data is used to operate the platform, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account.
